Returns & Refunds:

Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Opened, used, sale, or custom items are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@saltshoreco.com with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
